School onboarding next steps

Getting your school ready for Pay Me Bro.

Following the demo, this page explains the practical steps to prepare your school admin dashboard, staff setup, student registration, and first training cycle.

What the Pay Me Bro team will do

We prepare the Pay Me Bro setup for your school.

The immediate goal is to get your school configured, make sure staff can review timesheets, and help students register correctly before the first active cycle.

Create the school admin dashboard

We configure the school dashboard so admin staff can monitor submissions, approvals, rejected sheets, and timesheet processing visibility.

Load staff accounts

Once the school sends the staff list, we load staff onto Pay Me Bro. The Pay Me Bro system then sends staff a setup email with a secure link to set their password and access their dashboard.

Prepare training materials

Admin staff get a walkthrough. Lecturers receive an approval video. Students receive a dashboard and timesheet submission video.

What we need from your school

Please send these items first.

The setup moves quickly when the school gives us the right information in one place.

Contacts and rules

  • Main admin contact for onboarding and first-cycle support.
  • Head of School or decision sponsor for sign-off questions.
  • Preferred go-live or payroll cycle.
  • School-specific timesheet rules, if your school has any.
  • Monthly hours and rate rules for students.

Staff list format

Please send a spreadsheet with one staff member per row. We only need these columns:

  • Full name
  • Staff number
  • Staff email address

No role split is needed in the spreadsheet. Send every staff member once, whether they are admin staff, lecturers, or both. The Pay Me Bro team will handle access setup.

Launch sequence

The order matters.

Students should only be asked to register after the school dashboard, staff accounts, and rules have been prepared.

1

Your school sends the staff list and rules

We confirm the admin contact, staff list, monthly hour rules, and target launch cycle.

2

The Pay Me Bro team configures the school and loads staff

We create the school dashboard, load staff accounts, prepare access, and check that the workflow is ready.

3

The school sends staff the announcement message

Staff are told that the school is using Pay Me Bro, that setup emails will arrive from Pay Me Bro, and that training videos will be shared.

4

Pay Me Bro sends staff setup emails

The system sends each loaded staff member a Pay Me Bro email with a secure password setup link. After setting their password, they can log in to their dashboard.

5

The school sends students the registration message

Students register on Pay Me Bro using their university or student email, complete their profile, and select the correct school.

6

Admin training takes place

We walk the administrator through the dashboard, timesheet monitoring, rejected sheets, exports, and processing visibility.

7

Lecturer and student videos are shared

Lecturers receive the approval video. Students receive the dashboard and timesheet submission video.

8

First active cycle begins

The Pay Me Bro team supports the school during the first active cycle and helps resolve onboarding issues quickly.
