Getting started

Start with the right route for your role.

Pay Me Bro onboarding works best when school setup, staff communication, student registration, and Finance review all follow the right order.

Role-based starting points

Each group needs a different first page.

School administrators

Use the onboarding page to prepare staff lists, rules, launch messages, and first-cycle support.

Students

Use the student rules page before submitting. Check the account, school, lecturer, hours, and generated PDF before the sheet goes in.

Finance/admin reviewers

Use the timesheet PDF guide to see how the generated record carries approval, workflow, and Finance-facing context.

School leadership

Use the public documents to understand what the platform handles, the onboarding model, and the public security posture before a pilot begins.

Launch order

Configure the school first, then invite students.

A clean launch depends on school rules, staff accounts, and support expectations being in place before students start submitting sheets.

1

School sends setup information

The school confirms staff details, admin contact, monthly rules, and target launch timing.

2

Pay Me Bro configures the school

The team prepares the school dashboard, staff access, and workflow settings for the first active cycle.

3

Staff and students receive the right messages

The school sends launch communication, and Pay Me Bro sends account setup emails where needed.

4

The first cycle starts with support

Pay Me Bro helps the school resolve setup issues while the first cycle produces real workflow evidence.

Beta pilot expectation

Pay Me Bro is currently in beta/pilot use. The service may change as school workflows improve, and school participation is managed through agreed onboarding and use terms.

How payments are handled

Pay Me Bro does not run payroll, move money, or guarantee that a student has been paid. Payment queries and payroll decisions remain with the relevant school or university process.
