Standard monthly limits
- Local students: 24 hours per month.
- International students: 80 hours per month.
- If your school gives a stricter written rule, follow the school rule.
This page gives the core rules for students using Pay Me Bro. More detailed help is available inside your dashboard.
Monthly hours
Pay Me Bro checks monthly claim limits so the school can review timesheets consistently.
Do not ignore the warning. Follow the Pay Me Bro motivation or support path shown in your dashboard, and contact the school/admin if the work was approved outside the normal limit.
Before submitting
Most timesheet problems come from small setup mistakes. Check these before you submit.
Register with your university or student email and complete your profile details carefully.
Choose the correct school when completing your profile or timesheet setup.
Open and check the generated PDF before submitting. Make sure dates, hours, work descriptions, and reviewer details are correct.
Common errors
Do not submit the timesheet. Update your profile or contact support before continuing.
Complete your profile details. If you do not know the correct number, ask your school/admin before submitting.
Do not guess. Confirm the correct reviewer with the school before submitting the sheet.
Refresh and try again on a stable connection. If it still fails, contact Pay Me Bro support with the page, time, and a screenshot.
Read the rejection reason in your dashboard, correct the issue if possible, and follow the school or dashboard guidance.
Contact the school/admin. Pay Me Bro support can help with platform issues, but deadline exceptions belong to the school process.
Use the in-dashboard help guide first. If the app is not working, contact Pay Me Bro on the WhatsApp support number shared by your school. Include your name, school, page, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot if possible.
Pay Me Bro does not run payroll, move money, or guarantee that a student has been paid. It helps you submit and track timesheets. Payment remains part of the university/school process.
