Onboarding pack

The practical launch checklist for a school.

This pack condenses the Pay Me Bro onboarding flow into the information a school needs before its first active timesheet cycle.

Before setup

Send the essentials in one place.

A clean first setup depends on the school sending the right contacts, rules, and staff list before students are asked to register.

School information

  • Main admin contact for onboarding and first-cycle support.
  • Head of School or decision sponsor for sign-off questions.
  • Preferred launch or payroll cycle.
  • School-specific timesheet rules and monthly hour limits.

Staff list

Send one spreadsheet with one staff member per row. Include full name, staff number, and staff email address. The Pay Me Bro team will handle role setup during configuration.

Launch sequence

Use this order.

1

School sends setup information

Contacts, staff list, rules, launch timing, and any school-specific workflow details are confirmed.

2

Pay Me Bro configures the school

The school dashboard, staff accounts, access routes, and support expectations are prepared.

3

Staff and students receive launch messages

The school tells users what Pay Me Bro is, when to register, and where to find support.

4

Training and first cycle support begin

Administrators, lecturers, and students receive role-specific guidance before the first active cycle.

Important boundary

Pay Me Bro does not run payroll, move money, or guarantee that a student has been paid. It supports the timesheet workflow before payment administration happens elsewhere.
